A review on the international UN decade “Education for Sustainable Development” shows that many successful ESD initiatives have emerged, which have been developed and implemented for and together with children and young people. International exchange on these good examples in practice is the focus of the international conference in Ahmedabad, India, which is carried out by the Centre for Environment Education in India, in cooperation with Engagement Global and other stakeholders.
ESD Expert Net and Engagement Global will introduce products of the network at the conference. Additionally, members of the networks will lead a workshop on the topic: “Making monitoring of SDG target 4.7. a success – Approaches to Assessment and Learning – Measurement and Indicators”.
